If an article is defective upon receipt, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service immediately upon receipt, but at the latest within 3 calendar days. Otherwise we will not be able to submit it to the shipper.

When an article without your fault or failure appears to have while you have it in your possession for more than 14 calendar days break then we can help you as soon as possible. Depending on what you have purchased, you can send the item back to our repair service.

Note:
If you have returned an item, you will not automatically receive a replacement.
