This privacy policy applies to all personal data that Citroen – Air B.V. receives from you, i.e. personal data you provide when you call us, email us, send us a WhatsApp or other text message, use our online chat feature, subscribe to our newsletter, complete a contact form on our website, and visit our website.

After this term, we will proceed to delete your personal data from our systems.

We only transfer your personal data to third parties when it is necessary to be able to deal with your query or request, for the performance of a contract with you, or to meet a legal obligation. We transfer your personal data to payment services providers, delivery services, accountants, Intrum Justitia, Kiyoh, and to a Citroen – Air B.V. agent in the Czech Republic. We will not sell your personal data to third parties.

There are occasions where our suppliers are contacted directly. Our suppliers will then pass the name and phone number of the person who contacted them on to us, so that we can contact this person.

Citroen – Air B.V. can access and process your personal data that has been collected through the Smartsupp live chat application on the Citroen – Air B.V. website. Technical information: while using the Smartsupp live chat feature, certain technical data about visits may be collected by Smartsupp, such as the IP address, browser type and version, operating system type and version, estimated location, etc. Technical information stored in cookie files will be used only to ensure the proper functioning of the Smartsupp services.
