This unique single-use pump minimizes the need for medical reprocessing and ensures compliance with strict hygiene standards by destroying itself in the event of improper bottle replacement. When attempting to replace an empty bottle of soap, disinfectant or lotion, the handle of the pump detaches from the pump head and remains in the container.
